How we handle what you send us.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Your company name, city or region, and your role.
• For owners: the size of the company, years operating, roughly your revenue, your timeline, and why you are thinking about a change. Revenue and the reason are optional.
• For referrals: the company you are referring and a short note. Both are optional.
• Which form you used, which page you were on, how you reached the site, and the time you sent it.

When you use a form on this site or write to us, we collect what you choose to tell us.

Why we collect it

We use it to reply to you, to talk with you about a possible acquisition or partnership, and to keep track of the conversation. If you own a company and ask to talk, we may send you a short series of follow-up emails. Each one says how to stop them. Reply STOP and we will not email you again.

We do not sell your details. We do not use them for advertising.

Where it is stored

Your form is sent to our email inbox. It is also saved in a private log on our web server, and in a private database in Notion. Our website is hosted and our email is run by Hostinger. If you book a call, the booking page is run by Google, and Google handles what you enter there.

We do not share your details with anyone else. The services named above store them for us. This site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them for the purposes above.

Ask us to delete it

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Write to om@desertforce.co. We will answer in plain words and delete your details from the inbox, the log and Notion.
